Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting
the clinical team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality
resident care. You will assist licensed nurses and direct care
staff, provide leadership during shifts, oversee documentation,
mentor team members, and contribute to resident well-being and

Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the
clinical team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality resident
care. You will assist licensed nurses and direct care staff,
provide leadership during shifts, oversee documentation, mentor
team members, and contribute to resident well-being and quality
assurance. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will: Support
Clinical Operations – Assist the clinical team with administrative
tasks, supply management, medication audits, and documentation to
ensure regulatory compliance. Provide Leadership and Mentorship –
Train and mentor new and existing staff, reinforcing best
practices, company policies, and resident-centered care approaches.
Act as Shift Lead – Serve as a point of contact for team members,
manage resident and staff concerns, and ensure effective
communication across departments. Deliver Direct Resident Care –
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as
bathing, dressing, toileting, meal assistance, and restorative
care, ensuring dignity and comfort. Ensure Compliance and Quality –
Maintain accurate documentation, oversee medication administration,
participate in quality assurance meetings, and actively
problem-solve to improve clinical processes. Other Duties as
Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are
representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not
necessarily all inclusive. This job also requires: Nursing
Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred. Experience in a senior
care setting is highly valued. Ability to prioritize tasks and
provide real-time guidance to staff. Strong organizational skills
with a keen attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
Ability to pass state mandated background check. Physical
capability to perform all essential job functions. Ability to read,
write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with
staff, residents, and visitors. Additional Details: Employment
