maintenance team, you will work 1st shiftperforming a variety of

team that values work/life balance. As a structures mechanic, you
will: Fabricate, install, and modify sheet metal and structural
components in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications,
service letters, structural repair manuals, maintenance manuals,
and AC43-13 standards. Collaborate with the inspection department
to ensure all work meets airworthiness requirements. Accurately
document and sign off daily maintenance activities on repair
station discrepancy sheets and checklists. Read and interpret
manufacturer and STC holder manuals, service bulletins, technical
data, and engineering specifications to determine methods for
altering, repairing, or replacing aircraft components. Perform a
variety of aircraft maintenance tasks as needed to support
operations. Education, Experience and Credentials High school
graduate or GED required. Strong aluminum structures experience
required. Expertise in working with hand tools, sheet metal shop
tools and common metal shop tasks. Ability to understand, interpret
and follow specifications as defined by drawings or instructions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to meet FAA regulatory and
safety requirements in all aspects of the work. Comply with drug
testing requirements in compliance with federal regulations. Must
be able to use hand tools, including wrenches, hammers, power
tools, and other tools used in testing aircraft and parts. Must
have all required tools designated on the Wipaire minimum required

Must comply with Wipaire FOD prevention plan. Perform general
arithmetic calculations such as: add, subtract, multiply, and
divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals. Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Read and interpret various measuring devices. Works as an effective
and proactive team-player; exhibits flexibility and switches
priorities in work duties while maintaining a positive attitude;
comprehends and explains the importance of supporting the
organization, customers, and other employees. Plans, prioritizes,
coordinates, and manages work in a moderately fast-paced
environment. Works with minimal supervision; solves basic problems
effectively and creatively. Displays high levels of customer
service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries and
needs of individuals both internal and external to the
organization. Exhibits professional knowledge, proficiency, and
initiative in achieving goals and meeting company standards.
Understand, speak, and effectively communicate in the English
language, including oral and written instructions, to communicate
with people inside and outside the organization. Explains processes
and procedures effectively and accurately. Exhibits high levels of
mechanical aptitude using hand tools and power equipment. Stand,
squat, reach, kneel, bend, and twist/turn for extended periods of
time and perform long hours of work in the shop and hangar,
repairing and maintaining aircraft. Move around the shop and hangar
area repeatedly throughout the day. Stand, walk, and use hands to
finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Reach with
hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lift and/or move
up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Use close vision to
see small parts and review detailed information, peripheral vision,
depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Wipaire is an

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

an hourly, non-exempt position with an expected pay range of
$25.32/hour - $41.87/hour. Within this range, pay offered will be
based on the candidate's skills, experience, education, and other
qualifications. Wipaire offers a full benefits package including
