DiaSorin Inc., an international biotechnology company manufacturing and distributing immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics, seeks applicants for Scientist, Senior Process at its offices in Stillwater, MN. Representative duties include development of new immunoassay product designs for in-vitro diagnostic products. Salary/Benefits: $113,857.12-$118,411.41; PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision Plan, 401K with Match, Paid Veteran, Disability, Paternity, Family Care and Jury Duty Leaves. Requirements: A minimum of a Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Biological Sciences or related field plus 3 years of full or part-time experience in a laboratory setting to include: Oligonucleotide synthesis (primers and probes), downstream processing of oligonucleotides - deprotection and elution, protein and nucleic acid quantification, purification using PAGE and HPLC techniques, SDS PAGE, knowledge of cGMP requirements, mass spectrometry, western blotting, ELISA, PCR, qPCR, protein isolation, capillary electrophoresis, UV-VIS spectroscopy, and UPLC.
