Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Business Development Center
(BDC) and sales teams to ensure sales goals and objectives are met
or exceeded. Develop and implement sales strategies that drive
revenue growth and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Train, mentor, and coach staff to enhance their performance and
professional development. Monitor team and individual sales
metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer
experience and effective inventory management. Maintain strong
relationships with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat
business. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior
management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry
regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager or
BDC Manager in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team
management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication
abilities. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or
exceed sales targets. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a
fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Valid driver’s license
