MUST LIVE IN MINNESOTA- MUST BE OPEN TO ONSITE
Description:
Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan. Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc. This position will be WFH, after a day or so of training in their Bloomington office.
This role can come back onsite at anytime. This is not considered a work from home role with that uncertainty.
