DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Intern - Sales Analytics - DePuy Power Tools, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

POSITION SUMMARY

This role performs regular and ad hoc analysis for sales management.

- Assists in publishing standard reports for management.--

- Tracks sales force performance of sales volume, market share and sales force productivity.

- Prepares presentations and reports to support sales conferences/meetings.--

- Obtains data and information from a variety of applicable sources.

- Conduct review and analysis of data.--

- Assist in establishing, maintaining and implementing communications.--

- Have the opportunity to function with a team of technical subject matter experts.

Work within multi-functional and interdisciplinary teams with multiple internal and external partners.

Partner with peers, senior personnel, and supervisors who will provide mentorship towards successful outcomes.

Have opportunities to network with company leaders, lead community service activities, tour external J&J facilities, and present your work to a wide audience.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).
- Candidate must be actively enrolled pursuing a Bachelor degree (but not necessarily taking classes).A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred.
- Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office is required.
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and leadership qualities are required.
- History of leadership, multi-functional collaboration and/or participation in campus/community service activities is desired.
- Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work daily for the duration of the internship.
- Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the internship position.
