Job Description:
As a District Manager at DriveLine Retail, you will play a
crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service and
merchandising standards across numerous retail locations. You will
be entrusted with overseeing the operations within your designated
district, ensuring each venue aligns precisely with our high
standards and client expectations. This position requires a dynamic
leader capable of managing multiple retail environments, driving
sales performance, and leading a team to excel in execution and
customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations across multiple
retail stores within the district. Implement strategies to increase
sales volume and profitability in alignment with company goals.
Ensure all store activities comply with company policies and
guidelines. Lead, coach, and develop store managers to achieve set
objectives and improve performance. Conduct regular store visits to
audit service, merchandising standards, and overall store
operations. Manage budget and P&L for district, including
staffing, supplies, and inventory. Address customer service issues
and escalate them as necessary. Prepare reports and analyze data to
inform strategic decisions at the district level. Collaborate with
HR to recruit and retain top talent, ensuring adequate staffing
levels across all locations. Strong leadership and people
management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial
reporting. Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and
accuracy. Experience in retail management software and CRM systems.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Retail Manager (CRM) preferred. Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is an asset.
