Job DescriptionFull-time - 80 hours every two weeks - Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Find your purpose as a Senior 340B Data Analyst with CentraCare! CentraCare is looking for a hardworking individual to join our Pharmacy Team. What you'll do: Analyze data from multiple sources to ensure maximum optimization while eliminating risk. The 340B Data Specialist will utilize multiple tools in designing programs for complex data analysis. Responsible for data validation regarding any custom programs created. Provides summaries and recommendations to aide in managerial decision making and problem solving. Job Duties: ---Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as assigned, including management of spreadsheets on the shared 340B drive ---Provide 340B program support to all entities within CentraCare ---Effectively communicate and translate complex analytic findings ---Analyze moderately complex to complex data to identify areas of opportunity ---Utilize statistical software such as R, RStudio, and Excel to perform complex data analysis and assessment ---Mine and analyze data from company databases and outside data sources to drive optimization for business strategies ---Employ validation techniques to ensure quality and accuracy of analysis ---Validate process change utilizing data analysis ---Develop and write custom programs to validate 340B claim data ---Monitor data files sent to third party administrators ---Provide support to our IT partners insuring accurate data submission ---Create quarterly financial reports ---Participate in and conduct 340B audits ---Work collaboratively with clients to mutually agreed upon outcomes ---Work with report writers and technical teams to automate monitoring tools and augment databases to further support efficient analytics ---Assist the 340B team with auditing or daily tasks as requestedWhat you'll receive: Open communication amongst the team and leaders.
