Pay Rate: $16.00 - $19.20 / hour Duties: Several duties include sanding, piling table or belt, taking cut blanks and placing on appropriate pallet, sorting pieces by size, tailing the gang saw, pulling boards from conveyor and stacking on appropriate cart. Additionally, sorting boards according to size, laying up panels on the gluer; and laying staves together by matching color and grain pattern.. Position Requirements: Must have effective oral and written communication skills, ability to work well with others, be able to stand for long periods of time, and attention to detail. Must also maintain the work area in compliance with 5S standards, follow safety procedures, and assist other work areas/team members. Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
