We have a full time Molecular Production Technician II position
available supporting our Molecular Production team open in St.
Cloud, Minnesota. We hold every member of our team to a high

person who is eager to learn and grow as a member of our team -
someone who wants to lead, perform, and report on inactivated
material enumeration by multiple PCR and Flow Cytometry techniques
using microbiology and molecular techniques as well as other
applicable methodologies. In this role, you can expect to:
- Work in molecular retail product manufacturing and serve as
back-up to Molecular Production technicians.
- Use Lyophilizers following company procedures.
- Perform inactivated raw material enumeration using qPCR, ddPCR
and CytoFLEX platforms, and provide results in a timely manner to
Molecular Production Scheduler and Lead.
- Compile data for analysis of enumerations according to defined
SOP's, analysis forms and software's and keep up with any updates
to such platforms.
- Responsible for general maintenance of equipment in the
Molecular Production PCR suite and general upkeep of equipment
involved in qualifications.
- Perform in-process seed vial testing on various in-house PCR
- Research and investigate retail product failures under the
supervision of the Molecular Production Lead and Manager.
- Perform microbiology techniques including microbial culture,
enumeration, isolation, and identification using traditional and

is what we are looking for:
- Four (4) year degree in relevant field (e.g., biology,
microbiology, virology, cell biology molecular biology, food
science, bioengineering) required.
- 2 years of related work experience in a laboratory,
manufacturing, or product development environment.
- Skilled in basic molecular biology techniques (qPCR, assay
- Proficient with aseptic technique, basic chemistry techniques
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19
vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination
