Position Overview: As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Scholarship
America, you’ll play a critical role in equipping our sales team
with the tools they need to succeed. You'll develop and manage
product-specific and segment-specific sales content, draft
proposals, respond to RFPs, and create customized materials that
resonate at every stage of the sales cycle. Your work will directly
support Scholarship America’s strategic objectives, helping us
serve students nationwide with life-changing opportunities. Key
Responsibilities: Content Development: Create high-impact sales
materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies
tailored to specific products and customer segments. Proposal and
RFP Management: Draft compelling proposals and responses to RFPs in
collaboration with the sales team. Sales Cycle Support: Develop
customized content that supports various stages of the sales
process, meeting the unique needs of different clients.
Collaboration and Alignment: Partner closely with the sales team to
identify content needs, ensuring all materials align with sales
goals and organizational messaging. Content Library Management:
Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of sales enablement
resources. Sales Events & Webinars: Develop content for sales
events and webinars that reinforce Scholarship America’s messaging
and value proposition. Product Marketing Collateral: Create
targeted marketing collateral that highlights key product features
and benefits for different customer segments. Project Oversight:
Manage content projects, timelines, and coordination with
stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Brand Consistency & SEO:
Uphold brand voice, implement SEO best practices, and optimize
content for maximum online visibility. Performance Analysis: Gather
feedback and analyze performance metrics to refine and improve
sales content continuously. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to draft clear,
persuasive sales materials. Ability to communicate, listen to and
understand information and ideas presented. Strong command of the
English language, with the ability to communicate both verbally and
in writing, including grammar, spelling and punctuation. Highly
organized, strong attention to detail in order to produce the
highest quality work, including follow up and follow through.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, effectively and
cooperatively with other people. Proven ability to support sales
teams proactively with targeted, high-quality content. A passion
for improving student outcomes and a commitment to serving
marginalized students of need Bachelor’s degree in communications,
marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales
enablement, communications, or marketing. Strong experience with AI
marketing tools, Canva, and PowerPoint. Preferred Requirements:
Strong cultural awareness and an appreciation for diverse
perspectives and their impact on educational achievement.
Experience drafting RFP responses and sales proposals. Familiarity
with HubSpot marketing software. Full Pay range: Exempt ($57,100 -
$71,400 - $85,700) This is the pay range for our staff in this
position, from entry to fully independent and proficient in the
role utilizing our propriety systems and processes. The candidate
selected for this position will be offered a wage applicable to
their background and skill set as aligned to our business.
