Strategist to lead the launch of a new digital platform designed to
support community and workplace well-being. This person will build
and manage a content strategy that converts existing educational
and video content into engaging, social-media-ready experiences

Develop a content roadmap for a pilot social platform (think
Facebook meets Reddit for wellness communities). Take long-form
content (articles, videos, resources) and repurpose it into
short-form posts, forum discussions, events, and toolkits. Build
and manage a content calendar aligned with wellness transformation
milestones. Write compelling copy and execute basic graphic design
in Canva or Adobe tools. Monitor engagement, adjust strategies
based on content performance, and support content publishing to the
platform. Collaborate with stakeholders from marcomm, editorial,
and community teams to ensure alignment in tone, timing, and
mission. Bonus if you have video editing skills—this team is
sitting on a goldmine of raw footage. What They're Looking For A
background in content strategy, digital marketing, or community
engagement—especially in the wellness or behavior-change space.
Experience converting long-form educational content into usable
social assets. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving,
startup-meets-impact environment. Tools: Canva, InDesign,
Illustrator, social scheduling tools, basic analytics. Other
Details Contract: 60–90 days to start, with potential for long-term
work if it's a mutual fit. Start: ASAP. Environment: Tight-knit
