Responsibilities/Job Description:Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health statusImplements new and updates current resident care planCoordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as neededHandles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administrationActs as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled timesMonitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staffQualifications:Required:Current MN RN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersPreferred:Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systemsWork experience in a patient support role, LPN or RNGood written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providersAbility to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric populationOverview:Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $45 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.The Sanctuary of St Cloud Senior living is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our team in ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our busy St. Cloud, MN location.
