We are the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest and have been ensuring customer satisfaction and helping people select the right RV for their needs since 1971.Position:PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to coordinate, organize, and perform basic accounts payable duties in the computation, recording, and payment of accounts payable.Essential Job Functions:Coordinating all parts of accounts payable from matching invoices and entering into the accounting system to making payments and reconciling bank accounts.Keeping W9's and federal tax ID's up to date as well as providing 1099 information.Disburse and replenish petty cashSkills/Qualifications:Minimum of two years accounting education preferred, but not required.Ability to communicate with all levels of the company, including vendors and customers in a professional mannerProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelComputer/Internet skillsMust be self-motivatedAbility to multi-taskWell organizedRespectful of co-workersPositive attitude and dependableGoal OrientedMust act in a professional manor at all timesPleasureLand RV Center offers a full benefit package including paid time off, paid holidays, profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, life, and short and long-term disability.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer!
