We're expanding our expert team and hiring Entry-level Machine Operators to work on 1st and 2nd shifts within our state-of-the-art facility in Monticello, MN.

• 
  1st Shift Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday
  
• 
  2nd Shift Hours: 4:20pm-2:50am, Monday-Thursday

  What an Entry-level Machine Operator will do at Polaris:
  
  • 
    
  • Operates equipment and is responsible for the proper use of machines, tooling and inspection equipment
    
  • Maintains production rate in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality assigned to the job
    
  • Ensures all production process documentation is completed and accurate
    
  • Completes secondary operations such as deburring, assembling and washing parts during the machine cycle time per the print and machining process
    
    What you need to be an Entry-level Machine Operator at Polaris:
    
    • 
      
    • High School education or GED completion required
      
    • 6+ months of previous machine operation experience
      
    • Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
      
    • Must be able to perform basic-level math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
