As a Talent Acquisitions Specialist with Park Industries, you will become the technical expert for recruiting highly skilled individuals to join Park's team.

As part of the team, you will become the go-to expert on all aspects of talent acquisition and will work closely with the TA/HR team and leaders to create a recruiting strategy for open positions, develop job postings, manage jobs in UKG Pro, and create and maintain recruitment ads on unique job boards externally.
In this role, you will also proactively source and maintain a diverse pipeline of talent, facilitate candidate screening and selection, and assist with the onboarding of new hires. You will have the opportunity to attend and participate in recruiting events such as job fairs, career fairs, and college fairs, as well as assist with planning and facilitating onsite tours and career events.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of company initiatives and innovations, such as internship and apprenticeship programs and improvements to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy. Here is what we are looking for:

* 3-5 years related experience or the equivalent of education and experience
* Strong knowledge of technical job markets and sourcing techniques.

Our ideal candidate would have experience with:

* 5+ years of related Human Resources and/or Recruitment experience
* 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
* Working knowledge of UltiPro/UKG Pro
