[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $40K per
year - As a Customer Support Specialist you'll: Respond to customer
queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and
concerns with speed and professionalism; Identify customer needs
and help customers use specific app features; Analyze and report
product malfunctions; Update No Closet's internal databases with
information about technical issues and customer
