Job Description:
We have a full time Area Sales Manager position available
supporting our Central US Sales team open. This position is remote,
but it would be ideal to reside in the central US area. We hold

areas and decision makers while maintaining existing business and
persistently converting competitive business. You will contribute
to the marketing plan and goals to achieve success within
geographic or market area of responsibility, establish distribution
networks and/or direct sales accounts and provide ongoing sales
support, product knowledge, product training, marketing tools,
promotional incentives and continued feedback to help distribution
channels meet their goals and maintain compliance with regulatory
mandates, adherence to national and international guidelines and
standards, and superior customer service. In this role, you can
expect to:
- Must be able to travel for Distributor support including
training, exhibits, etc.
- Establish distribution network and/or direct sales
accounts.
- Provide strategic sales support measuring the success of
product sales such as control charts and sales patterns.
- Update and maintain Distributor chart provided by the
Distributor Support and Customer Service.
- Provide Accounting Distributor information as needed for
accurate sales reporting
- As needed assist Company with communication issues (language
barriers, including written translations and oral
interpretations).
- Prepare Annual Sales Projection and Expense Estimates.
- Maintain vital distributor data including but not limited to
contacts, address information, agreements and marketing agents'
information.
- Conduct a periodic overview of activities including budget
allocation, when requested.
- Conduct Distributor training.
- Act as personal or material support for major Microbiology
Exhibitions and Conferences; prepare reports
- Monitoring License piracy and report violators to NSM so they
can inform culture collections for contract compliance.
- Watch for fraudulent competition and report to NSM.
- With Permission of NSM and in coordination with local
Distributor provide Government Agencies and Ministries and Culture
Collections with effective communication on piracy and existing

is what we are looking for:
- Must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the
markets served. The understanding and knowledge can be accomplished
through academic achievement and/or practical experience.
- Must be able to conduct and organize training sessions for
distributor management and events.
- The ability to work remotely and travel regularly for
work.
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19
vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination
will be required upon hire.
