Compensation: $13.00 to $16.00 hourly
OfficeTeam is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our
clients growing team! The Order Entry Specialist will help
customers via phone and email with placing orders, account
maintenance and assisting with any product questions. This role
combines customer service and data entry and is great for anyone
looking for lots of multi-tasking in a long term career!
-Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
-Help answer product questions and assist with accounts
-Follow up on all email orders
-Build strong relationships with clients and vendors
-Accurately enter and track all orders placed
-Monitor product tracking and correspond with warehouse team
-Facilitate communication with all departments
-Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems,
applications, and utilize search tools to find information
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Candidate must meet a data entry speed of 7,000 keystrokes per
hour with 100% accuracy
-Capable of building strong business relationships with
customers and vendors
-Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
