Our Senior Training Specialist is responsible for coaching and mentoring department trainers to improve knowledge and abilities, as well as monitoring New Team Member performance. The right applicant will have superior communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking abilities, and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes and be flexible with department needs.SCHEDULE:

  • Full Time
  • M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Must be willing to adjust schedule based on business needs, with the ability to work evening and weekend shifts if required Qualifications:
    • 1+ year experience in a call center environment (preferred)
