Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking an Oven Tender to join their team. As an Oven Tender, you will be part of the production department supporting the baking operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Oven Tender Location: LeCenter, MN Pay Range: $16.75 Shift: M-TH 10 Hour Dayshift What's the Job? Operate rotary and tunnel ovens to bake products to established standards Maximize oven use by ensuring they are loaded to capacity at all times Manually load and unload ovens efficiently and safely Monitor oven operation and notify maintenance of any issues Accurately record data and complete necessary paperwork What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience Six months to one year of related experience preferred Ability to learn and apply company standards and procedures Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination Ability to work flexible shifts and hours as needed What's in it for me?
