Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in
one of our kiosk locations. Using your unique talents, passion for

will:---Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining

Please note that all benefits are subject to the terms and

kiosk locations, sales consultants earn a minimum of $15/hour which
includes commissions and base pay as determined by location. We are
proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $24.50
per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped
commissions. That's more than $44,500.00 per year based on a
35-hour work week. The estimated average maximum is $58,000 per
year based on a 35-hour work week.Employees accrue paid time off
each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for
their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. You
are entitled to minimum requirement s for paid sick leave under

GED.---One or more years of customer service, preferably in a
retail or sales environment.---Willingness to work evenings,
weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak
vacation periods.---At least 18 years of age---Demonstrated
experience communicating with customers to find

StatesPhysical Requirements---Ability to lift 10 pounds.---Ability
to stand for long periods of time.Training RequirementsAll Sales
Consultants must attend and complete a 2-day New Hire University
(NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start
date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's
expense. Various online and computer-based training will be
required throughout your employment with Victra.After you apply You
will be required to take a pre-hire assessment. It takes only 15
