We're looking for a Technical Customer Support Technician to join
our fast growing team!The Role:As a member of our LED Lighting
product support team you will become an LED expert, but if you
don't know too much about this now, no worries! We are happy to
train you and bring you up to speed. In this role, you will use
your knowledge of our products to provide advice, technical
guidance and help troubleshoot issues directly with our customers
over the phone and via email, as well as supporting our sales and
customer service teams. You will also be involved in processing and
resolving warranty claims with customers.
Your Skills:The most important skills we are looking for in this
role is a strong passion for technology and learning, a natural
problem solver and a love for customer support. Experience working
in customer service is a must, but also experience as a low voltage
installation or service-technician, any level electrician,
communications technician or demonstrated experience working in
similar roles is a definite plus.
Responsibilities:Provide technical advice and troubleshoot issues
with our customers for all of our products.Support Sales and
Customer Service teams by providing technical guidance and advice
when needed.Process warranty claims and document all interactions
with customers.Work with the rest of the product support team to
improve installation and service documentation in cooperation with
the marketing and engineering teams as needed.
Our Requirements:Experience working on computers and with Microsoft
Windows and Office is required.Strong writing, communications and
effective interpersonal skills are critical for this role.Must be
comfortable talking on the phone to customers and communicating via
email, video chat and texting.Strong customer service focus and a
service oriented attitude.This is an office based role. You will
work at a desk and in our tech labs. There is no field work
associated with this position.Ability to successfully prioritize
tasks logically in a fast-paced and constantly changing

Work Schedule and Location:This is a Full-time, exempt position
that will office in our White Bear Lake, MN facility. Schedule is
Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
