Job Description Job Description Injection Mold Technician Start Immediately | $23–$30/hr | Weekly Pay Join a growing manufacturing team as an Injection Mold Technician , where you’ll play a key role in mold setup, process optimization, and robotic programming. This is a great opportunity for technicians with strong mechanical aptitude and injection molding experience. Position Overview In this role, you will be responsible for setting up molds, programming robotic equipment, and ensuring efficient, high?quality production. You’ll serve as a technical resource on tooling, process improvement, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Set up case molds and letter molds on injection molding presses Program robotic spruce pickers to optimize cycle times and performance Perform process setups for each mold/part and ensure all documentation is completed accurately Use diagnostic tools to analyze and optimize injection processes Assist as a technical resource for tooling design and process improvements Pay & Shifts Pay: $23.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Shifts: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday) 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday) Weekly Pay Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cannon Falls, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
