While our HRIS Analysts assist in supporting all of our systems, this position will be focused on our ServiceNow system. If you are a detailed HR or Information Systems professional, take a look to see the details of the role below!Position Details:* Full-time* Working 80 hours every two weeks* Monday - Friday, hours between 7:30am-4:30pm* Remote position* Salary based on years of applicable experience* To discuss any questions or the details shared, Connect with our RecruiterWhat you'll do:* Use excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD, employee service center and knowledge base applications.* Act as an advisor to the business on areas of risk in application configurations, possible improvements, efficiency, optional methods and best practices, as well as impact analysis and collaborate with other team members within IT and the business before production changes are made* Identify, analyze and initiate escalation as appropriate to maximize utilization of business processes with end-user satisfaction in mind.* Develop testing scenarios and test scripts while leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing* Review release notes and create roadmap for enhancements to mature the application and services offered.* Create and maintain strong positive relationships with colleagues across the organization and adopt/leverage from other application support teams* Table maintenance, user support, system testing and troubleshooting, application development and upgrades* Act as a liaison between HR and other departments on HRIS related issues* Assist the HRIS team in development and upgrades of new or existing modules, programs and applications* Work with vendors, internal IT resources, and system administrators of other internal systems as appropriate to troubleshoot and resolve any interface issues* Maintain HR application configuration tablesWhat you'll receive:* Open communication amongst the team and leaders* Supported and part of a team of 7 HRIS members* An environment where employees are supported in building their skills* Comprehensive total rewards package, commensurate with your experience and talentsWhat you'll have:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field required* At least 3 years of analyst experience required* Proficiency in report writing and advanced Microsoft Office skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management* Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities* Must be able to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines* Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferredCentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce and all individuals, including, but not limited to, individuals with disabilities, are encouraged to apply.
