The primary focus of the HR Generalist is to serve as a resource
and partner on all aspects of human resources for associates and
management. The HR Generalist will provide functional support on
human resource operations such as talent brand strategies, benefits
administration, project management, compliance, leave management,
compensation, and other HR initiatives. This position will be
responsible for day-to-day operations of HR support.Job Duties
- Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an
effective pipeline of diverse talent. Seek creative solutions for
sourcing candidates that position our recruitment brand positively
in the marketplace and further establishes a culture that promotes
excellence and drives growth. Plan and facilitate companywide
tours, job fairs, and various sourcing events.
- Administer the HRIS system, troubleshoot concerns and provide
solutions, generate system reports and conduct user training with
the goal of increasing overall efficiency, effectiveness and user
- Administer company benefits package and the annual renewal
process, including maintaining summary plan documents, plan
amendments, benefit agreements and policies. Support associates
with benefit related questions. Communicate and train on company
benefits package during onboarding and open enrollment.

- Create and facilitate training programs, presentations, and
documented procedures to increase the knowledge, skills and
abilities of all associates and leadership in compliance with
company, state, or federal laws.
- Perform diverse and complex assignments covering a wide range
of HR functions such as employee/labor relations, talent
acquisition, compensation planning, HR systems management, HR
Reporting, organization development, and training. Interpret,
execute, and develop policies and practices across the workforce to
ensure consistent and equitable treatment.
- Lead our BeWell Committee and plan wellbeing events and
communications. Lead our GiveWell Committee and plan community
giving events and activities.EducationBachelor's Degree in Human
Resources, Organization Development, Training or related
fieldExperience1-3 years related experience or the equivalent of
education and experienceTechnology/Equipment Experience with
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint) and HRIS
