Job Description:
Qualifications/Experience: Skills and/or knowledge for the
specific position. Applicant needs to be able to follow simple
directions and be willing to assist the lead/main instructor.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed: The ability to help establish
and maintain standards of behavior, and help to maintain effective
communication with other staff, students and parents while
representing Community Education and Cambridge-Isanti Schools in a

Specific Tasks: Under the limited supervision of the Community
Education Coordinator and the direct supervision of the lead
Instructor of the activity performing intermediate skilled work for
the specific position hired for. Hours Per Day: Varies
