experienced Neonatal Registered Nurses specializing in NICU care to
contribute their expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment.
This travel assignment offers the chance to work in a highly
respected neonatal intensive care unit, supporting the care of the
most vulnerable newborns. Key Responsibilities: Provide
compassionate, high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously, implementing
appropriate interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to develop and update individualized care plans. Educate families
about their newborns conditions, treatments, and care procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with
hospital policies. Qualifications: Current RN license with Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience. Proficiency in
neonatal/perinatal nursing practices. Ability to work independently
and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong critical thinking
and patient assessment skills. Prior experience in a similar
high-acuity setting preferred. Location Overview:Positioned in the

0.9 or 1.2 Assignment Length: 8 weeks Shift: 12-hour shifts (nights
