Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, outpatient
practice in Stillwater, NY — offering strong support, flexible

Highlights: Full-scope family medicine – from pediatrics to
geriatrics Manage chronic conditions, acute care, wellness visits &
screenings Partner with an experienced APP and RN triage for
after-hours calls Light call rotation with excellent work-life
balance Option to teach medical students & NP/PA students Hybrid
roles and leadership opportunities available Hospital-affiliated
system with physician-led governance Compensation & Perks:
$250K–$260K base salary (DOE) $75,000 sign-on bonus – paid in full
with first paycheck $25,000 retention bonus at start of Year 2
Productivity incentives available Day 1 Public Service Loan

required Shared call rotation only ? Requirements: Board Certified
in Family Medicine OR dual BC in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
Active NY license (or willing to obtain) Minimum 1 year of primary
care experience Clean malpractice & licensing history ( required )
