Job Description WellTech Partners is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a premier Acute Care and Rehab team in Stillwater, OK . This role is designed for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced inpatient environment but values the ability to customize their work week. Whether you prefer a traditional schedule or the three-day weekends offered by a 4x10 shift , we provide the flexibility to support your lifestyle. Compensation & Premier Benefits Hourly Rate: $38.18 – $58.77/hr Annual Salary: $79,414 – $122,241 Comprehensive Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. Additional Perks: A robust "Many More" benefits package designed for long-term security. Schedule & Clinical Setting Flexible Shifts: Choose between 5x8 or 4x10 hour shifts per week. Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule (with weekend rotation; weekday schedule shifts when working a weekend). Setting: Inpatient Med/Surg Rehab & Acute Care Hospital. Caseload: Balanced daily based on patient census to ensure fair distribution. Clinical Focus: Evaluating and treating total joints, spine, and diverse medical/surgical diagnoses. Job Summary As a Physical Therapist in our interdisciplinary environment, you will provide a full range of services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. You will be a key contributor to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving, maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards. Qualifications Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program ( DPT preferred ). Licensure: Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license . Certification: Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Experience: Required experience with adult and geriatric populations; experience with physical disabilities preferred. Skills: Strong verbal/written communication and the ability to work effectively with confused or aggressive patients. Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Stamina to manage stressful situations and a busy clinical schedule. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or patients (up to and exceeding 100 lbs) throughout the shift.
