Job Description Job Description Elk River, MN $22.23–$27.37/hr Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM We are hiring a Medical Assistant to support patient care, clinic operations, and provider workflow. This role works with all age groups and performs both clinical and administrative duties. Responsibilities Room patients, manage clinic flow, and assist providers. Administer injections, immunizations, and medications. Perform lab specimen collection, phlebotomy, and basic lab tests. Provide phone support, assist with refills, and coordinate patient–provider communication. Support front desk/check-in, supply stocking, and prior authorizations. Follow compliance standards and maintain skill competencies. Requirements High school diploma/GED. Graduate of an accredited MA or RMA program. Previous clinical experience required. Passed x-ray operator exam (or willing to obtain). Current BLS certification . Computer proficiency and ability to multitask. Experience Previous experience in a clinical setting — Required Passed x-ray operator’s exam or willingness to complete exam (clinic dependent) Skills Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks. Computer proficiency. Ability to travel using personal vehicle for Occupational Medicine roles (if applicable).
