In this role, you will: Provide exceptional patient and client care by ensuring an efficient exam room workflow. Maintain accurate, detailed medical records. Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients, answering questions with empathy and clarity. Support the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient care and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care. This position is ideal for technicians who excel in client engagement and schedule management while delivering exceptional care and communication.
