Will train the right candidate!*Position Summary:** Provide meaningful 1:1 care.* Part-time & PRN hours are available.*Pay:** Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00 - $40.25 per hour (DOE)* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $25.00 - 31.00 per hour (DOE)*Core Responsibilities:** Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care.* Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician.* Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs.* Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client.* Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift.* Provides advice & support to clients & their families.*About Hiawatha HomeCare:*The birth of Ted & Karen Seiferts son, Michael, ultimately led to the birth of Hiawatha HomeCare.
