Moden Medical Group is recruiting a highly skilled Interventional Cardiologist to join a progressive and growing cardiovascular practice in Arizona. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive compensation model and access to a collaborative team delivering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient heart care. Position Overview Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient (clinic and hospital coverage) Compensation: Guaranteed base salary of $700,000+ in year one, with productivity bonuses Call Schedule: Up to 4 ER call days/month, 1:3 weekend hospital rounding Start Date: Between May-August 2025 Visa Support: J1 visa eligible (H1B not available) Growth Opportunity: Partnership track available Responsibilities Inpatient rounding and outpatient cardiology consultations Interpretation of diagnostic studies (EKG, Echo, Nuclear Stress, Vascular Ultrasound, Holter/Event monitors) Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including: Cardiac catheterization Coronary angioplasty Coronary stenting Atherectomy Impella placement Shockwave therapy IABP and pacemaker placements (temporary and permanent) --- Candidate Requirements Completion of Interventional Cardiology Fellowship (1 year minimum) Eligible for Arizona medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be certified within 5 years of residency) Strong diagnostic and procedural skills Flu and COVID vaccination (or medical/religious exemption) ACLS/BLS certifications required Benefits Guaranteed salary + productivity bonus Partnership track 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME + 5 sick days CME reimbursement Health, dental, and vision benefits
