Job Description:
This nursing role requires independent practice in a clinical
setting, providing routine and complex patient care while managing
contingencies.
Responsibilities include applying the nursing
process-----"assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and
evaluation-----"while addressing patients' psychological,
emotional, social, and cultural needs.
Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and
educates patients and families.
Ensures safety, quality care, and compliance with regulations,
utilizing evidence-based practices.
Performs unit-specific competencies, manages patient flow, and
maintains equipment and documentation systems.
Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), RN licensure, BLS
certification, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Schedule: full-time, 3 days of 12-hour shifts.
