the supervision of the Director of Counseling and Psychological
Services, this position provides a full range of consultation and
assistance to students who need access to medical, mental health,
psychiatric, or related care on and off campus. The goal of this
position is to provide coordination of care, advocacy, service
connection, and referral. This position will assist with promoting
student wellness, assisting students at risk, and helping to
overcome barriers. The case manager collaborates with community
stakeholders and partners on basic needs initiatives. This position
is part of a multidisciplinary integrated healthcare team.
**Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelors Degree in social work,
psychology, public health education, or closely related field. + 1
year of case manager experience. + Knowledge of the modern
principles, practices, and techniques of the social work field. +
Demonstrate ability to effectively perform work of a highly
sensitive and confidential nature that requires access to private
information. + Exercise sound judgment, discretion, tact, and
diplomacy while managing highly complex and challenging situations.
**Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working at a college or
university as a case manager or providing direct student support. +
Knowledge of community resources. **Additional Requirements**
