$3,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance Full-time 72 hours every two weeks Clinic Hours: Monday - Thurs 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.JOB SUMMARY:Provides services to patients ranging from adolescent to the elderly in order to prevent, assess, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Responsible for treating outpatients. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. Will work with patients on an individual basis using current technology, treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.EDUCATION:Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy required.EXPERIENCE:Prior clinical or field work experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions.LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required. License required within 90 days from date of exam.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Specific clinical training in areas of special interest preferred.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Strong verbal and written communication skills required.Hiring bonus requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months.Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles of any of those locations any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work.
