ResponsibilitiesGreets and admits patientsCollects copaysWorks with insurance informationMaintains clean and tidy waiting room/lobby areaAbility to multitask dutiesExcellent customer service and good communication skills with a cheerful disposition are a mustMust have good computer skillsPrevious experience working with insurance companies is recommended5 days per week - hours are 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalentClerical experience, preferably in a health care environmentNon-healthcare hospitality, hostess, customer service experience will be consideredCurrent BLS, preferred PI187511958
