Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Consultant to lead and oversee critical initiatives within the food and food processing sector. This long-term contract position involves managing key projects and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to achieve timely and accurate results. Located in Saint Michael, Minnesota, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to essential business operations. Responsibilities: • Direct and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring goals are met within established timeframes and budgets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational priorities. • Oversee software upgrade projects for warehouse management systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and facilitate decision-making. • Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout each project phase. • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. • Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling to optimize productivity and operational success. • Leverage expertise in manufacturing and business operations to guide project planning and execution. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within IT or related fields. • Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks. • PMP Certification is required. • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, particularly JDA Red Prairie and Blue Yonder. • Familiarity with business operations and manufacturing processes. • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
