Ideal candidates for the Director, Integrated Teams position will have 8+ years of agency experience in account services or integrated project management, and the ability to deliver integrated campaigns.If you like setting your sights on the next-to-impossible and inspiring teams to find the way forward, here's more detail about the role and the expectations that go along with it:

• Manage day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns, ranging from the planning and strategy phase all the way through final execution and reporting.
• Work closely with project managers and producers to ensure the quality and efficiency of projects and campaigns.
• Establish and manage client relationships, including managing expectations and delivering truly excellent work.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses and needs and make Fast Horse an indispensable and trusted partner.
• Display a strong grasp of strategy, creative and amplification (paid/earned/owned media) disciplines, along with the ability to push the work at every turn.
• Ensure all work is "on brief," on budget and meets established KPIs.
• Develop campaign SOWs, manage budgets, and ensure accurate expense tracking and client billing.
• Spot opportunities and challenges before clients do.
