Regional Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the Minneapolis area and support multiple sites across different states. This role is pivotal to maintaining and enhancing our organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating associate relations and HR policies, programs, and practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, with significant experience in mediating workplace disputes and demonstrating emotional intelligence.Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key link between management and associates by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies, and resolving work-related issues.
• Advise managers on organizational policy matters, including equal employment opportunity, harassment, and other HR policies.
• Lead difficult staffing duties, including resolving understaffing, managing disputes, assisting with terminations, and administering disciplinary actions.
• Plan and conduct new associate orientations to foster a positive work environment.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
• Recruit, interview, and select candidates for staff vacancies.
• Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, as well as safety and recreation programs.Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in legal compliance, including FMLA and pay practices, as well as conducting investigations and maintaining records.
  • Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, sourcing candidates, and developing hiring strategies.
  • Experience managing HRIS, designing and implementing HR modules, and compiling reporting data for headcount and workers' compensation.
  • Strong skills in associate relations, coaching managers, resolving complaints, and conducting performance appraisals.
