Today, our brands are being sold all over the world including major retailers in the United States such as Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart and more.About this position:We are seeking an experienced retail marketer with 5+ years of experience who can help us create integrated retail marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and online and offline sales at key retail partners.Location: Downtown BellevueReport to: Head of Global CommunicationsWhat You Will Accomplish:* Define full funnel marketing strategy and lead integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness, desire and purchase intent of our brands.* Collaborate with an in-house and external multifunction team to deliver competitive marketing and brand message through both digital and retail touch points including website, social media, online and OOH advertising, product packaging and in-store merchandising.* Explore and prove effective and efficient marketing tools to support business growth in US retail channels.* Work with internal or external research teams to perform consumer research, competitive landscape analysis to extract consumer and market insight in support of both product development and product marketing.* Be the expert in consumer purchase behavior including path-to-purchase and media behavior in your market and in each responsible product categoryThis Should Describe You:* 5+ years of brand or product marketing experience in the consumer electronics or CPG industry, ecommerce company, or full-service/brand marketing agency* Highly experienced in managing integrated marketing campaigns involving retail go-to-market strategies. * Consumer-obsessed and a strong believer in the value of brand marketing* Familiar with the use and measurement of performance digital marketing vehicles including Google ads, Youtube ads, and social media ads like Twitter and FB/IG Ads. * Experienced in working with creative team and agencies on briefing, analyzing and improving digital designs that bring high performance* Intensely data driven with persistent desire to analyze and improve marketing performance* Highly sensitive to consumer insights, digital media trends and social trends that nurture highly effective marketing campaigns* Exceptionally fast learning, self-driven in new discoveries and persistent in problem-solving * Critical thinker who can dive multiple levels deep to solve problems* Highly self-motivated and self-directed in your work with a bias towards action and a willingness to take on tasks no matter how big or small* Ability to independently prioritize time, stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced work environment* Clear, concise communicator who can tailor a message to any audience
