We’re looking for an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Swiss Machinist to run advanced L12 and L20 machines and produce high?precision medical parts in medium?to?high volumes. ? Why You’ll Want This Role Stable 2nd shift with paid lunch breaks Excellent benefits starting Day 1 , including 401(k) with 6% match and profit sharing Tuition reimbursement to support your career growth Clean, well?lit shop with natural light Growing company producing cutting?edge medical R&D parts What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines (L12 & L20) Handle full production cycles: setups, tooling changes, program edits, and troubleshooting Run medium?to?high volume medical part production Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, OGP, gage pins, thread gages, calipers, and indicators Apply GD&T and read blueprints, layouts, and job travelers Follow ISO and medical manufacturing processes ? What We’re Looking For 4 years CNC Swiss setup and operating experience Hands?on experience with L12 or L20 machines Strong understanding of ISO quality systems (medical device experience preferred) Solid shop math and measurement skills Ability to work independently and troubleshoot confidently Work Environment & Schedule State?of?the?art, clean and organized machine shop In business over 11 years and rapidly growing Shifts Available: 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM ( Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) for 4–6 weeks if needed) Weekend Overnight: Friday = 9pm-9am, Saturday = 6pm-6am, Sunday = 3pm-3am Keep in mind, level of experience does differ depending on shift! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.25 - $40.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
