Instruction--Instructs students in English language
development--Collaborates with classroom teachers and specialists
to ensure achievement of MLLs across content areas.--Creates a
classroom environment that cultivates learning, engages the
interests of the students, and allows them to perform at their very
best.-----Utilizes academically rigorous lessons, unit plans,
rubrics and assessments aligned to Athlos' 3 foundational pillars
of a Prepared Mind,---Healthy Body, and---Performance
Character.-----Plans, prepares, and delivers instruction that
engages students and ensures student growth and achievement in
accordance with grade level standards.-----Uses data to inform
instructional decisions including summative and interim assessments
and daily formative assessments.----Differentiates instruction
based on individual needs, learning style, and
abilities.-----Familiar with and teaches in alignment with The
State Instructional Standards for the assigned Grade and or
Subject--Classroom and School Culture--Communicates a deep belief
that all students can learn, and belong, in the
classroom.-----Consistently implements school-wide management
policies.-----Creates a positive learning environment by developing
classroom rules, systems, and procedures.--Holds high expectations
