Somali or Spanish fluency preferredJob Duties -Classroom
Instruction -
- Instructs students in English language development -
- Collaborates with classroom teachers and specialists to ensure
achievement of MLLs across content areas. -
- Creates a classroom environment that cultivates learning,
engages the interests of the students, and allows them to perform
at their very best.--- -
- Utilizes academically rigorous lessons, unit plans, rubrics and
assessments aligned to Athlos' 3 foundational pillars of a Prepared
Mind,---Healthy Body, and---Performance Character.--- -
- Plans, prepares, and delivers instruction that engages students
and ensures student growth and achievement in accordance with grade
level standards.--- -
- Uses data to inform instructional decisions including summative
and interim assessments and daily formative assessments. - -
- Differentiates instruction based on individual needs, learning
style, and abilities.--- -
- Familiar with and teaches in alignment with The State
Instructional Standards for the assigned Grade and or Subject

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Classroom and
