  • Instructs students in English language development -
  • Collaborates with classroom teachers and specialists to ensure achievement of MLLs across content areas. -
  • Creates a classroom environment that cultivates learning, engages the interests of the students, and allows them to perform at their very best.--- -
  • Utilizes academically rigorous lessons, unit plans, rubrics and assessments aligned to Athlos' 3 foundational pillars of a Prepared Mind,---Healthy Body, and---Performance Character.--- -
  • Plans, prepares, and delivers instruction that engages students and ensures student growth and achievement in accordance with grade level standards.--- -
  • Uses data to inform instructional decisions including summative and interim assessments and daily formative assessments. - -
  • Differentiates instruction based on individual needs, learning style, and abilities.--- -
  • Familiar with and teaches in alignment with The State Instructional Standards for the assigned Grade and or Subject -Classroom and School Culture -
    • Communicates a deep belief that all students can learn, and belong, in the classroom.--- -
    • Consistently implements school-wide management policies.--- -
    • Creates a positive learning environment by developing classroom rules, systems, and procedures. -
