Job Description:
What you'll do: Evaluate commercial properties to assess project
scope, dimensions, and site conditions to ensure accurate cost
estimates. Analyze the project specifications and plans to create
cost estimates for building, installing, and replacing commercial
security systems. Accurately estimate the quantities and costs of
materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses necessary to
complete the project. Develop proposals which include cost
breakdowns, timelines, and project details. Capability to establish
and nurture positive relationships with customers. In short: This
person needs to understand both technical estimating and sales
relationship management. Experience you'll need:? 5 years in
security solutions and sales (preferred). Estimating experience
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Travel: Occasional — for
client meetings or site visits.
