Job Description Job Description Job Title: Packager - $17/HOUR Job Description We are seeking diligent individuals to join our team as Packagers in a refrigerated environment, handling fresh fruit and produce items. This role requires the use of full personal protective equipment (PPE), including cut-resistant gloves, gowns, and eyewear. All necessary equipment will be provided and maintained to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities Work on an assembly line in a refrigerated environment. Remove stems from grapes, peel apples, and perform similar tasks. Operate small knives to cut products to fit into desired packaging. Ensure proper packing and labeling of produce. Essential Skills Ability to perform general labor and packing tasks. Basic understanding of production and assembly line operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Food production experience preferred but not required. Experience in any production environment or similar setting is a plus. Employees must wear full PPE, which includes cut-resistant gloves, gowns, and eyewear. The facility ensures that all equipment is washed and cleaned daily. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
