Job Description Job Description Position: Part Time Caretaker Location: St Louis Park, MN Hours and pay: up to 10 hours per week cleaning common areas @ $16.37/hr, Grounds/Weeding/Turns: $18.37/hr, and Shoveling: $20/hr as needed 10% rent discount if the Caretaker chooses to live on-site.
