Job Description:

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a hybrid remote Content Developer to support a manufacturing client's Marketing Communication team by creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, brochures, webinars, posters, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and engaging content.

Some key responsibilities:
Design and develop compelling presentations that effectively communicate key messages and support business objectives. Ensure presentations are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
Create informative and persuasive brochures that highlight product features, benefits, and company values. Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality print and digital materials.
May plan, script, and execute engaging webinars that educate and inform target audiences. Work with subject matter experts to develop content and interactive elements that enhance participant engagement.
Design eye-catching posters for events, promotions, and informational purposes. Ensure that posters are visually striking and convey the intended message clearly and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure all content is easily accessible to the target audience

Required Skills:
Proven experience in brand content development, with a portfolio showcasing work in PowerPoint presentations, brochures, webinars, and posters.
Strong design skills and proficiency in graphic design software (in particular Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
A combination of five years of experience and post-secondary education, with at least one year being job experience.

Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm Mountain time, Tuesdays in-office and remote/WFH the rest of the time
Location (based out of): Maplewood, MN 55144
Pay Rate: $31/hr paid every two weeks through Volt Workforce Solutions on W2/W4
Duration: Currently scheduled for up to twelve months contingent, with possibility of extension.
