As we continue to grow, were looking for a Dispatch Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys being the hub that keeps everything running smoothly. Position Overview The Dispatch Coordinator is the primary point of contact between our customers, technicians, and office team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Youll play a critical role in scheduling jobs, supporting field technicians, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call to job completion. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally and courteously Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed throughout the day Accurately enter and update job details in the system Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details and changes Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction Maintain organized records and documentation Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Prior office, dispatch, or administrative experience is a plus Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling software Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer $20-$22 per hour based on experience and qualifications for the position.
